1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8k8apps ("8k8apps," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 8k8apps online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 8k8apps.org and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

8k8apps reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at 8k8apps's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 8k8apps services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. 8k8apps reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated transactions.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 8k8apps account.

8k8apps may require identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8k8apps Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 8k8apps supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, ShopeePay, and USDT.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 8k8apps account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. 8k8apps does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. 8k8apps processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 8k8apps reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: 8k8apps complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are monitored. 8k8apps reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 8k8apps Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules. General gameplay conditions include:

• 8k8apps uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 8k8apps reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. 8k8apps will not reverse a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of manifest error.
• 8k8apps reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time of betting.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity through the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8k8apps Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the property of 8k8apps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 8k8apps content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8k8apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

8k8apps does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 8k8apps's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

8k8apps reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any outstanding balance in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification.

You may close your 8k8apps account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are subject to settlement of any pending bets and completion of outstanding withdrawal requests.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8k8apps Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable local law.

13. Changes to Terms

8k8apps reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 8k8apps Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
